Emily Bett Rickards was born in July of 1991. She is a Canadian Actress best known as Felicity on The CW's television show Arrow. Rickards is an British Columbia native. Her career began as a child, she began to explore dance and theatre with the hope of later becoming more involved in acting. The actress completed the Acting Essentials Programme through Vancouver Film School. Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. Following the completion of the course and attending an audition for open calls that led to her being offered an agent. Alida Vocal Studio was her home for her studies in Vancouver. Her chemistry with Stephen Amell, positive feedback from the audience, as well as her humorous remarks earned her being initially signed as a single-episode Guest Star. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response of the fans she received they were then invited to be a regular character for Season 2.
