Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, born in Wellington,) is the name of a Canadian actress from Canada. Paquin who was born in Wellington however was born and bred in Winnipeg made her acting d but with The Piano. At age 11 she was the youngest Academy Award winner ever for Best Actress. Anna Paquin is full Anna Helene Paquin born on the 24th July 1982 Winnipeg Manitoba Canada.
